This is one of my favorite songs by the A*Teens. Its lyrics are mysterious;
its chords are haunting. There’s this amazing and deep burst of energy the song
gathers up when it stays on that A chord during “Fire-, fire-, firefly”. The
song truly sounds “minor (sad) in a major (happy) kind of way.”
